Over 40 years after its establishment, all our group companies have achieved stable surplus and tenfold growth in current 10 years.
In Japan, rapid population decline has been expected due to low birthrate and aging. At the same time, stable economic growth has been expected in emerging countries such as Asia to the future. While keeping sensitive to the latest market environment, we will continue to develop sustainable growth business from a global perspective. With the spirit "omotenashi every day ", we will never stop challenging higher targets and utilizing the synergy effect of each group company to increase corporate value.
Currently, Sanko Soflan in real estate and construction business devotes to helping customers create individual pensions with its main business “Rich Owner = Okanemochi Oyasan” series. Additionally, operating service apartment in Indonesia, and hotels in Tokyo, Kyoto and Okinawa is a big portion of the Sanko Soflan businesses.
In addition, our group company Apple, which has the largest number of chain stores and the best real estate brokerage record in Apamanshop. Our group company Housing Kosan and Amix are developing high-quality lease management services through collaboration. Even in the medical field, we are stepping up the progress of strengthening home medical services.
